STEM ART

Stem Art is a collaboration between the School for Science and Math at Vanderbilt, the Lippmann Lab, and artist Noah Saterstrom. We produce and utilize art to educate the general public on applications for stem cells in basic research and clinical applications.

We believe it is vital to inform the public on what exactly stem cells are and aren’t. How exactly do they work? Where do they come from? These are questions that circulate around social media and throughout society, and are oftentimes answered with false information that guide negative opinions and policy decisions. We hope to provide accessible and accurate information here to address some of these misconceptions.
